Patrol captains, vice captains, and members message your club's WhatsApp number with questions. No registration, no passwords, no training. ClubBot reads the docs you've already written and answers instantly. When it can't answer, it tells you who to ask next.

You keep it current
When your roster changes or a procedure updates, your admin drops a file in a shared folder — Google Drive, Dropbox, or wherever you keep things. ClubBot picks it up automatically. No IT request, no restart, no fuss.

Real-time data — Surf conditions, tides, and weather come from official Australian Bureau of Meteorology and Manly Hydraulics Lab sources. Shark alerts come from the NSW Shark Management Program. All calibrated to your beach.
